Before you start

Congratulations on gaining your place at SBM ITB. Before you start please kindly activate your email and SSO account in advance of your arrival.

1. Activate your Email (SBM email and ITB email)

Please check your personal email inbox as You will receive an email containing your email account information.

2. AKUN INA (SSO Account Management)

Many services will require you to use SSO account provided by DSTI. We recommend you to follow the instruction by accessing the link below:

Stay connected wherever you are across SBM ITB campuses

2. Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft 365 is a cloud suite of applications that enables access to a wide range of communication and collaboration tools.

3. SPACE

A Smart Platform for Academic Environment to support teaching and learning activities. Check your SPACE for registered courses, syllabus, schedule, Final Project, etc.

4. Panopto

Panopto is a video content management platform, which helps both students and lecturers to search video library from your previous classes.

5. VPN

ITB’s Virtual Private Network enables you to connect to ITB’s internal network by using public IP.

6. Print, Copy and Scan

Guidance on how to activate your print account and check your balance.

7. DIGIT

DIGIT is a ticketing platform that enable you to submit a support or service request
